Incorporated as a private limited liability company in 1991, we have emerged as one of the biggest names in the transportation services industry in Ghana. Our CEO, Apostle Dr. Kwadwo Safo has conceived the idea of establishing a transport service company, and yes, he did. Today Imperial Express has come to stay and is continuing to grow beyond its boundaries.

We always endeavour to be one step ahead with a strong focus on making passenger transport a pleasant experience for our clients.

We operate Marcopolo Viaggio, Andare and Torino class busses. Our buses are built with lower coefficient of aerodynamic penetration, galvanized tubular steel frame, thermal and acoustic insulation on the engine platform and have easy interchangeable parts. That is why we have zero to lower accident rates with an insignificant breakdown ratio compared to others in the industry.

We are the first transport company to operate with Marcopolo Generation 5 series in West Africa. Our new Marcopolo Viaggio 1050 gives the comfort every traveller would wish to have.

We are well represented in the industry and have positioned ourselves to be the leading transport service provider in the West African sub-region. We have just rolled out new international routes from Accra to Lagos, Accra to Abidjan and Accra to Ouagadougou in addition to the existing Accra to Niamey route.
